BUGATTI Type 50   Le Mans 1934 n°2

Chassis 50177 - Roger LABRIC   &   Pierre VEYRON

This is the third time this chassis enters the race, this time entered by Roger Labric. The car was very slightly modified compared with the 1933 version. The two extra lights were replaced by two bigger ones, placed lower and more in front of the car, directly on the chassis cross tie. The four lights are “Marshall” lights. For the first time ever, the car is painted sky blue. The car was forced to retire because of an axle failure.

  • Scale: 1/8th
  • Theme: Exceptional Cars

The model is entirely made out of aluminium, brass and steel. The engine is completely screwed, which means that it can be totally dismantled. The crankcase and the clutch housing are moulded in aluminium according to a lost-wax casting process. All the other parts are manufactured or assembled through mechanical welding.

Creation entirely designed and made at my workshop in France.
